Chess Improvement

I got some good help about the openings cd letter I posted.  A few people suggested I use the Chessmaster 11 for the openings.  I have CM11 and I have looked at the openings a few times.  Every time I looked at The center Counter Gambit it gave one move.  One white move, the black reply, and then it said “Congratulatios! You have compleated the Center counter gambit!!”  One move is not very useful, am I missing something?  Is there a “Continue” button?  Then I looked at the Sicelain defence and that gave me TWO moves!!  Wow!!!  If there is something I can do to get these openings out to about 25 moves please tell me!!  Some of these programs and games are not very user friendly.
